Where prescription eyewear is purchased through the Site, Kaytran must disclose your personal information, including the Required Prescription Information, to Dr. Lens Change Inc. a lens laboratory based in Coquitlam, British Columbia (or such other authorized lens laboratory situated in British Columbia, Canada as may be appointed from time to time) (collectively, the “B.C. Lab”), in order for the B.C. Lab to prepare, dispense and ship the prescription eyewear to you. See Kaytran’s Terms & Conditions for more information.
Kaytran will only provide those third parties with the personal information that they need to deliver the services to Kaytran and/or on Kaytran’s behalf.
