MARKETING ASSOCIATE (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a part-time marketing associate to help create and implement impactful digital and brand strategies and campaigns to boost growth. If you excel in a creative, entrepreneurial setting, have strong graphic and copy skills, and have a strong interest in fashion and our brand’s mission of inclusive fitting eyewear, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

WEEKLY:

• Develop and craft email campaigns on Klayviyo platform that are visually appealing, resonate with audience, are on brand and contain engaging copy. 2-4 targeted, segment driven email campaigns to go out per month. 
• Plan and develop a calendar of email campaigns per quarter, taking into consideration product launches, seasonal holidays, & campaigns that align with promotions and products featured in digital ad campaigns. 
• Outreach to influencers to develop UGC. Monitoring and coordination of timelines, UGC deliverables and messaging with creators.
• Support in management & coordination of digital ad campaigns and creative with our agency partners.

AD HOC:

• Promotional support during product launches that occur approximately 2-3 times a year, including creation of lookbooks, assistance in campaign concept styling/themes, visual mood boards, pulling looks.
• Promotional support during key campaign times of the year (e.g. Q4 holiday social posts / content). Would involve creation of graphic posts, copy and captions.
• Event planning on an ad hoc basis to support grassroots customer activation, brand events. Approximately 2-3 times a year.
• As with most entrepreneurial environments, please expect responsibilities to ebb and flow depending on need and time of year. 

Must be a Canadian resident, eligible to work within Canada. 

Salary: (hourly rate to be negotiated), with expected time commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week.
